The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of DR. BRENÉ BROWN. The teachings were developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead. This experiential workshop uses art, writing exercises and facilitated discussion to guide you toward:

  • Becoming more conscious of your tendency toward self-critical thinking and judgment of others.
  • Understanding and practicing vulnerability to deepen your connections and spark creativity and change.
  • Identifying your relationship to shame to clear a pathway free of shoulds, coulds and regrets.

EMPOWERED INTROVERTS

Be in Touch

You know who you are… you’d rather do the dishes then attend a networking event. You get tired of people asking, “Are you ok?” when you’re happily engaged with a good book. For introverts living and/or working in an extroverted environment, life can be exhausting. Workshops and private coaching sessions offer tips for managing your energy and proudly owning your introvert gifts.

FRESH STARTERS (AKA EMPTY NESTERS)

Be in Touch

You’ve put 80% of your focus on your children for 18 + years, and now they’re launched – congratulations! The opportunities for starting fresh are endless, and overwhelming. Make your next step an intentional one, based on your values and your deepest desires.

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH
